Kaelen Anderson grew up living between Vancouver Island and small town Acton, Ontario. He worked as an arborist for his father's family business before beginning his 10+ year career in general contracting. 

Kaelen was working as a labourer for another business before he met his partner Chelsea. Once together she quickly inspired him to start investing in himself and together they began building the business. It was very small beginnings with Kaelen taking on small labour and landscaping jobs that Chelsea found on Facebook and Craigslist. Kaelen would work his regular job and then with only a circular saw, a hammer, and a drill he would work on the business during evenings and weekends. In 2020 when the government declared a pandemic and forced many businesses to close. Kaelen and Chelsea were without work and had just found out that they had a baby on the way. They had no idea what was going to happen next and the idea of taking the business full time was disquieting but they knew they had to make a move

The couple sat down and created an official business plan. They discussed values, communication, client care, services, and what they would do to set themselves apart to find success. They looked at all the reasons people are hesitant to hire a contractor and decided to focus on how to do the opposite. The goal was to create a business that clients could trust and feel good about supporting. With effort and consistency Kaelen and Chelsea have now been operating successfully for nearly 5 years. Most bookings now come from return clients and word of mouth recommendations. They continue to work on their development to provide the best care and workmanship for their clients. They now have 3 beautiful children to inspire and motivate their work and to set an example for.
