We receive contractor discounts at many local suppliers. Although it is common for contractors to charge full price and pocket the difference, we offer you the discounted prices and pass the savings on to you.

FULL TRANSPARENCY AND BREAKDOWNS
We understand that some projects can be a bit of a headache, especially if you have a limited understanding of construction, materials, measurements, and so on. That's why we're happy to take the time to explain all the details so that you feel comfortable and confident with our work. We're happy to answer all of your questions and nothing happens without your approval.

ONE CONTRACTOR
Kaelen is our only contractor. This ensures that you have the comfort of knowing exactly who is showing up and working on your home or business. Although we occasionally subcontract out to other local businesses as needed, we have yet to hire employees simply because we want to be sure that anyone working for our company will uphold our work ethic and standards.

WE HAVE A TWO WAY CONTRACT
All of our projects require a signed contract outlining the details and responsibilities for both parties. This ensures that everyone is on the same page about the work to be done and also gives you the comfort of knowing that we will hold up our end. Have questions? Don't hesitate to reach out.
